You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

• We try to describe and price products accurately, but errors can happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund any payment, even after it has been confirmed.
• Prices, availability and promotions can change without notice.
• An order confirmation is not an acceptance of your order. We accept an order when it ships.
• We may limit quantities or refuse orders, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect are fraudulent.
• Product images are for illustration. Colours and packaging may vary slightly.
• Applicable taxes and shipping fees are shown at checkout.

Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the site or stores for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Interfere with, disrupt or try to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy or harvest content or data by automated means without permission
• Impersonate Nexora Commerce House or misrepresent your affiliation with us
• Upload viruses or other harmful code

The Nexora Commerce House name, logo, store names, product photos, descriptions and other content on this site and our stores are owned by or licensed to Nexora Commerce House and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use them without our written permission. Third-party trademarks, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Shopify, belong to their respective owners.

Except as expressly stated in writing or required by law, the site, stores and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Any manufacturer warranty that comes with a product is provided by that manufacturer. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexora Commerce House and its members, managers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site, stores or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexora Commerce House and its members, managers, employees and agents from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site or stores.

This site links to stores and services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. See our Disclaimer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and Nexora Commerce House about their subject.
